Caring for Ontario’s children and youth in need of protection is a team effort. There are many child welfare professionals involved in keeping children safe and fulfilling the mandate of the Child and Family Services Act. Child welfare professionals, social workers, child and youth workers, residential child care workers, support and administrative staff work together with the children, their families, adoptive and foster families as well as volunteers, contributing to improving the quality of life for the children and families of our community.
More than 300 professional staff are employed by Highland Shores Children’s Aid. We are a progressive child welfare agency that offers many rewarding career opportunities, a competitive salary and benefits package and a great work environment.
