Highland Shores Children’s Aid Society wishes to recognize publicly the outstanding leadership contributions of those individuals, groups or organizations whose endeavours within the Counties of Prince Edward, Hastings and/or Northumberland, have contributed to the “achievement of excellence in the protection of children and in the promotion of their well-being within their families and communities.”
The winner will be recognized at the Society’s Annual General Meeting in September 2013. A bursary in the amount of $250 will be provided by Highland Shores Children’s Aid in the winner’s name the following year to a youth in care through the Reach for Success Bursary Program. The recipient will be invited to present the award at the Youth Achievement Awards Event in 2014.
